Job summary

The Saint Paul Hotel is seeking a Housekeeper/Public Areas Attendant to maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to hotel standards. Responsibilities include restocking carts, ensuring confidentiality and security of all guest rooms, and following cleanliness protocols.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage routine cleaning tasks across guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, including restrooms, lobby, pool area, fitness center, and offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms by priority, including changing soiled linen and cleaning surfaces with proper equipment and chemicals.
• Vacuum rooms and spray with deodorizer.
• Inspect and replenish guest supplies such as cups, tissues, and toiletries.
• Empty and clean coffeemakers and replenish coffee supplies.
• Maintain security of guest items after check-out for guests still checked in.
• Realign furniture to floor plan and perform special deep cleaning as needed.
• Complete all duties on the position checklist and deliver items as requested by guests.
• Dust, polish, vacuum and clean public areas including offices, pool, fitness center, lobby and restrooms.

The Saint Paul Hotel is hiring immediately for a Housekeeper/Public Areas Attendant.

The Housekeeper / Public Areas Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are cleaned according to standards; carts and closets are restocked; cleanliness of all work areas; and confidentiality and security of all guest rooms is maintained.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms by priority, including changing soiled linen, shower curtains, terry and other linens as needed and cleaning all surfaces with the correct equipment and chemicals. Vacuum throughout entire room and spray with deodorizer.
• Inspect and replenish guest supplies such as cups, tissues, and toiletries as applicable.
• Empty and clean coffeemakers and replenish coffee supplies.
• Ensure all guest items are removed after check-out. Maintain security of all guest items for guests who are still checked in.
• Realign furniture to floor plan.
• Special deep clean areas as needed.
• Performs all duties on position checklist including all cleaning duties.
• Delivers items as requested by guests.
• Dust, polish, vacuum and clean public areas including offices, pool area, fitness center, lobby, and public restrooms.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
