The role requires following work schedules, performing custodial tasks, basic light maintenance, and assisting with make-ready homes. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules for custodial and grounds tasks daily or weekly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and clean bathrooms and offices.
• Clean stairs, hallways, toilets, sinks and tiles.
• Maintain grounds, remove litter, empty trash bins.
• Assist with snow removal and slip prevention.
• Replace light bulbs as needed; perform light maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready homes and basic repairs as needed.
• Track inventory and inform manager of supplies.
• Report unusual conditions to management.
• Remain professional when interacting with residents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Foothills Regional Housing \"FRH\" is a prominent real estate developer, manager, and program administrator for affordable housing. FRH is currently looking for a housekeeper technician, The role of a Foothills Regional Housing's Housekeeping Services Technician is to maintain clean, safe and comfortable living conditions for residents in our communities. The qualified candidate is an energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment with staff and clientele to maximize the residential experience.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Follow property work schedules that indicate custodial and grounds responsibilities to be met on a daily or weekly basis.


• 2. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, office(s), halls, and bathrooms in order to keep communities and offices clean and in sanitary condition.


• 3. Clean stairs, hallways, bathroom toilets, sinks and wall tiles.


• 4. Cleans grounds, removes litter, and empties trash receptacles in the community.


• 5. Assists with snow removal and ensuring slip conditions are prevented.


• 6. Clean and replace light bulbs if needed.


• 7. Light maintenance work may be required at times. Work to include assisting with work orders and make ready homes; i.e. assists with trashing units, painting, and cleaning.


• 8. Keep an inventory of supplies needed.


• 9. Inform manager of supplies needed, repairs, and replacements.


• 10. Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.


• 11. Acts in a professional manner at all times when working with both internal and external customers.


• 12. Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be able to read and write the English language in a professional, legible manner in order to complete job assignments.


• Must possess and be able to use and apply common sense understanding and use good judgment daily.


• Must be able to work well with others.


• Must be able to handle stressful, urgent, diverse situations in a calm and reasonable manner.


• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, emotional stability, and personal maturity.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Employee must maintain reliable transportation daily, valid driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance.


• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk during work hours. Be able to manage going up and down stairs several times each day, and to lift no more than 45 pounds with ease.

PAY RANGE

$18.67 to $20.00 DOE
