MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring for a Housekeeper to consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning resort property units. You will follow the company mission and values while delivering exceptional service to clients.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, punctuality, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness and reliability in assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of excellence in cleanliness.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and decks.
• Report units vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues per procedure.
• Identify damaged or stained items and report accordingly.
• Track inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest service cleans as directed.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean storage areas.
• Attend training sessions and apply learnings.

Position Overview

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. A Housekeeper must ensure he/she follows the company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Strip units of soiled linens
• Remove trash from units
• Clean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets
• Attend all training sessions and perform practical application of training
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)

Work Environment

This job operates in conditions that will include odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals. The Housekeeper is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.

Physical Requirements

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
