Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an attentive Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resort property units. You will follow the company mission and ensure timely, quality cleaning across bedrooms, baths, kitchens, and living spaces.

We offer competitive pay up to $24 per hour, paid training, a Refer-a-Friend bonus, and a full benefits package after six months, including PTO, medical, vision and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness; be prompt with assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt.
• Work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Attend all training sessions and apply training materials.

Position Overview:

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. A Housekeeper must ensure he/she follows the company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:

Work Environment:

This job operates in conditions that will include odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals.

Physical Requirements:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
