Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas, and to perform all laundry duties in our commercial facilities. The position supports a team-based environment with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years related experience, and the ability to interact professionally with residents and staff. A friendly disposition and reliability are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 years related experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with associates, residents, families, visitors, and the public.
• Follow instructions on mixing cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Relate information concerning a resident’s condition when needed.
• Use supplies prudently; report needs to supervisor.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and laundry equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
