Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents’ apartments and public areas according to a schedule. You will also perform all laundry duties in our commercial facilities, contributing to a tidy, safe living environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (1–3 years’ related experience preferred). The role emphasizes reliable, friendly service and adherence to established standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to laugh and have fun while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas according to standards, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in assigned areas per established standards.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Follow written/oral instructions for mixing cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Relate information about a resident’s condition as needed.
• Use supplies economically and report needs for replenishment.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and other laundry equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
