Job summary

Project FIND is seeking a Housekeeper to join Hargrave House in New York. You will maintain cleanliness of tenant rooms and assist in turning over units for re-rental, supporting a safe, sanitary living environment for residents.

The role involves cleaning, reporting issues, and coordinating with property management. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with opportunities to contribute to broader housing services for seniors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop tenant rooms and common areas.
• Wash sinks and toilets with brush and cleaners.
• Light dusting and surface cleaning.
• Assist maintenance with cleaning of common areas.
• Turnover of vacant apartments for prospective tenants.
• Report maintenance issues to Property Management.
