Job summary

Concord is hiring a Room Attendant to ensure clean, welcoming guest rooms and spaces across our Wilmington-area properties. You will clean rooms, restock amenities, and maintain carts and reports while upholding safety and brand standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Weekend and holiday availability is required. We offer competitive wages and benefits for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Reliable, organized and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
