Job summary

A renowned hotel chain in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for a Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and ensure exceptional service. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, reporting maintenance issues, and responding to guest requests. Candidates are preferred to have prior housekeeping experience and must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
