A leading hotel chain in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
