Job summary

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa in Honolulu, HI, is hiring a full-time Housekeeper through Concord Hospitality. Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly per standards.
• Maintain organized linen cart, stocked and neat.
• Report issues in guest rooms to supervisor (fixtures, locks, TV, HVAC).
• Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies.
• Report lost and found items to supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
