Hyatt Grand San Diego on the waterfront in downtown is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest room cleanliness in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Typical shifts run 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with possible evening hours, and employees enjoy paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and other Hyatt benefits after starting full-time.

Candidates should have prior housekeeping experience, strong service orientation, and the ability to manage lifting and movement of heavy linens and supplies.

Competenze

• Previous Housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries.
• Address any guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities in a professional manner.

WAGE:The hourly rate for this position is $29.50/hr. This is the pay we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual pay decisions will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, education, and operational needs.

SHIFT:The working hours will primarily be 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts from 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM when needed.
