Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dependable Room Attendant for the Grand Hyatt at SFO in San Francisco. You will clean and service guest rooms, make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, and maintain high cleanliness standards within a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly pay of $29.78 with a $500 retention bonus. Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, and flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean bathroom and sleeping areas thoroughly.
• Remove trash and ensure rooms are free of debris, odors, and clutter.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, missing items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment in an organized and sanitary manner.
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Communicate guest requests, room status, and service issues to housekeeping leadership.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Follow all hotel, safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Support deep cleaning, room inspections, special projects, and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments to support guest satisfaction.
