Best Western Tolleson Hotel is seeking energetic housekeepers to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, with availability to work 4 to 5 days a week including weekends. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and keeping facilities in pristine condition.

Responsibilities include cleaning to standards, reporting issues, and ensuring safety compliance, while maintaining efficient, courteous interactions with guests and managing time effectively in a fast-paced hotel

Best Western Tolleson Hotel is looking for energetic housekeepers with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our hotel from guest rooms to public areas. (Must be available to work 4 to 5 days a week including both Saturday and Sundays.) The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms and public areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
