Position Overview

The role involves high guest contact and is often the first point of contact for guests. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, ensuring all areas are free of safety hazards, and performing tasks safely and efficiently. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, replacing supplies, vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows, and ensuring carts are stocked and clean. Report maintenance issues to supervisors. This industry operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and regular attendance is essential.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of hospitality experience and guest relations training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of English language
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to exert physical effort, lifting/transporting at least 50 pounds
• Push/pull carts and equipment up to 200 pounds
• Ability to work in various physical environments and conditions, including standing for up to 8 hours, working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling
• Ability to reach above head and shoulder height
