Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the United States is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and support guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Previous cleaning experience and the ability to communicate with guests are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Able to clean up to 12 guest rooms daily.
• Lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Lift heavy mattresses as needed.
• Able to bend and squat for 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping standards.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.
