This position is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and inviting environment for residents, guests, and prospective tenants. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in common areas, offices, model units, and vacant apartments, contributing to a positive first impression and enhancing resident satisfaction.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
