Kairoi seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across our multifamily community, including common areas, model units, and vacant apartments. You will help create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and prospective tenants through attentive cleaning and timely service.

You will perform duties such as sanitizing restrooms and kitchens, vacuuming and mopping floors, preparing vacant units, and keeping leasing offices and clubhouses tidy.

HOUSEKEEPER

SUMMARY

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily community. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in common areas, offices, model units, and vacant apartments, contributing to a positive first impression and enhancing resident satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of laundry rooms and fitness centers.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring a move-in ready condition.
• This may include cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces, as well as removing trash and debris.
• Clean and maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, and other administrative spaces.
• Ensure that model units are clean, presentable, and ready for tours.
• Perform regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and vacant units to identify any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Report any issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
