Perform specific cleaning and custodial tasks to maintain the facility's cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep.
Responsibilities include disinfecting rooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies using appropriate methods; performing housekeeping duties such as moving furniture, cleaning kitchens, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, or polishing floors; laundering linens; maintaining cleaning supplies; cleaning and storing equipment; preparing rooms for meetings and facility functions; stocking supplies; and practicing infection control measures.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in housekeeping within a healthcare, clinical, or commercial environment is preferred. Basic reading, writing, speaking skills, and sufficient English comprehension are necessary for communication and instructions.
