The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics, located in Haskell, NJ, is seeking reliable Housekeepers and Porters to join our team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of facility in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Assist with trash removal.
• Ensure service closets are clean and organized.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Be aware of safety hazards (broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious activities) and report to the Lead Housekeeper and/or Director of Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping.
