Responsibilities

• Ensure that common areas, including guest restrooms, are clean, neat, and odor-free.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an organized housekeeping cart with all needed items.
• Clean residents' rooms and apartments according to schedule, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass surfaces, and disinfecting bathrooms.
• Sanitize and disinfect utility bins and organize laundry areas and storage closets.

Regulatory Compliance and Sanitation

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, SDS, and residence policies.
• Store supplies safely to prevent injuries.
• Properly dispose of soiled linens and clothing.
• Store hazardous cleaning products properly.

Requirements

Must perform physical tasks for extended periods, using proper body mechanics and safety measures.

• Stand/walk up to eight hours.
