Housekeeper - Part Time, Mon-Fri w/Flexible Hrs

Join us for the Housekeeper - Part Time, Mon-Fri w/Flexible Hrs role at Dominion Senior Living.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that common areas, including guest restrooms, are clean, neat, and odor-free.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an organized housekeeping cart with all necessary items.

Additional Duties

Ensure that common areas and residents' rooms/apartments are cleaned according to schedule, including:

• Vacuuming all carpeted areas
• Dusting furniture, common area items, handrails, and pictures
• Cleaning glass surfaces
• Wiping doors, doorways, and walls of fingerprints or dirt
• Vacuuming upholstery furniture as scheduled
• Cleaning and disinfecting common areas and bathrooms
• Sanitizing utility bins
• Organizing laundry areas and storage closets

Regulatory Compliance & Sanitation

• Follow OSHA, SDS, and residence policies.
• Store supplies safely to prevent injuries.
• Properly dispose of soiled linens and clothing.
• Store hazardous cleaning products correctly.

Physical Requirements

Must perform key physical tasks for extended periods, using proper body mechanics:

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Sit up to 2 hours
• Support up to 70 pounds frequently
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Kneel, bend, and reach regularly
