Position Purpose And Summary

The Housekeeper position demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required training, including annual Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned, such as the breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Pay Ranges

Pay range varies by location and role specifics. Candidates are not guaranteed to receive the maximum or minimum listed.

For Colorado, Washington, California: $12.56 - $22.95

For New York City (Whitestone): $32.96
