Position Purpose And Summary
The Housekeeper position demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates.
- Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
- Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
- Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager on duty.
- Assists with guest requests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
- Follows all safety and security policies and procedures.
- Completes all required training, including annual Extended Stay University courses.
Other Duties
- Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned, such as the breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Ranges
Pay range varies by location and role specifics. Candidates are not guaranteed to receive the maximum or minimum listed.
For Colorado, Washington, California: $12.56 - $22.95
For New York City (Whitestone): $32.96

Environmental Job Requirements
- Ability to navigate the hotel, handle objects, and detect scents and sounds.

- Travel within a reasonable geographic area as needed.
