Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms following company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
• Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
• Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager.
• Assist guests and accommodate requests whenever possible.
• Follow all safety and security policies.
• Complete all required training, including Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
