Position Purpose And Summary
The Housekeeper position demonstrates a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms following company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Promote a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
2. Clean guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
4. Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
5. Report maintenance issues and remaining guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.
6. Assist guests and accommodate requests whenever practical.
7. Follow all safety and security policies.
8. Complete all required training, including Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned, such as breakrooms, laundry, fitness rooms, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay ranges vary by location and role specifics:

• Colorado, Washington, California: $12.56 - $22.95
• New York City (Whitestone): $32.96
