Position Purpose and Summary: The Housekeeper position requires a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms according to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Demonstrate and promote a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
2. Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
4. Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
5. Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager.
6. Assist with guest requests and provide reasonable accommodations when possible.
7. Follow all safety and security policies.
8. Complete all required training, including Extended Stay University programs.

Other Duties

1. Assist with cleaning other hotel areas such as the breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
2. Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
