Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position requires a strong commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms according to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties:

• Provide excellent guest service, demonstrating commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Clean guest rooms following company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns to management.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure safety and security policies are followed.
• Complete required training through Extended Stay University.

Other Duties:

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Help maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Compensation:

Pay ranges vary by state, for example:

• California: $16.50 - $24.00
