Position Purpose and Summary
The Housekeeper position demonstrates a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms according to company standards and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide excellent guest experience and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company policies.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and report maintenance issues or guest property concerns.
• Assist guests with requests and comply with safety policies.
• Complete required training.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
