Key Responsibilities:

• Clean & Sanitize: Maintain resident rooms and common areas (floors, fixtures, windows, bathrooms) to the highest standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow infection control, sanitation, and fire safety protocols. Promptly report hazards to the Director of Environmental Services.
• Resident Care: Treat all residents with dignity, kindness, and respect, ensuring privacy and reporting any concerns to nursing.
