The housekeeping role provides daily cleaning of resident units and common spaces, responsible care of equipment, and adherence to safety and infection-control guidelines.

Starting pay ranges from $18.15 per hour-$22.10 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school education or vocational training preferred.
Training and Experience:Experience in housekeeping activities; use and maintenance of equipment.
All staff that provide direct care to residents will have current first aid training.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience in housekeeping activities and use of supplies preferred.
WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
