Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a dedicated sanitation associate to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas at our New York community. You will assist in preparing apartments for move-ins and respond promptly to resident needs with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Training is provided, English communication is essential, and you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure comfort and safety for residents and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication is required.
• Ability to work independently when needed.
• Able to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers.

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond quickly to resident needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.

Job Description

$18.00-19.00/Hour

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We will train you.
• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
