Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking friendly, dedicated team members to maintain clean resident apartments and common areas in our Colorado Springs community. You’ll help prepare empty apartments for move-ins and respond quickly to resident needs with a warm, professional attitude. No experience?

We will train you. Must communicate clearly in English and be able to make independent decisions and solve practical problems.

Qualifications

• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
