In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community.

Job Responsibilities

1. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
2. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
3. Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
4. Assist in responding to resident emergencies when required.
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We will train you.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Problem-solving skills to handle practical issues with limited standardization.
• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor with residents and colleagues.
