Job summary

Universal Health Services, Fremont Hospital, is seeking part-time Housekeepers in Fremont, CA. Shifts are 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM. You will clean patient rooms, offices, and public areas, maintaining a safe and OSHA-compliant environment.

The hospital notes a 148-bed facility offering inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care with comprehensive benefits for part-time staff. Must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lb, and be available every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
• One year experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and to push and pull up to 80 pounds.
• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.

We are currently hiring part time Housekeepers at Fremont Hospital!

Shifts Available:

• 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

The Housekeeper is responsible for daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA regulations.
