• We are hiring immediately for a part-time HOUSEKEEPER position.
• Address: Ascension St. Vincent - 1116 Mills Avenue, Boonville, IN 47601. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time. Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Tasks include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as needed.
• Rearranges furniture and amenities per layout.
• Responds to guest requests and housekeeping issues.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
