Quintero Golf Club, located in Peoria, AZ, part of Troon, seeks a full-time housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse, golf course facilities, condos, restrooms, and common areas. The role involves daily cleaning, detailing, and adherence to safety practices in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Candidates should have minimal education requirements, be able to read and speak English, and demonstrate reliability and a positive work ethic.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily cleaning for offices, public spaces, restrooms, kitchens, patios and pool areas.
• Perform light and heavy cleaning including windows, furniture, dusting, vacuuming and floor care.
• Identify and report supplies needs to supervisor.
• Follow safe work practices in all duties.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

General Purpose

Provides daily cleaning services for all aspects of the operations, including cleanliness of the clubhouse, on the golf course, maintenance shop, interior and exterior condos, restroom facilities, and other areas as required.

Essential Duties

• Provide daily cleaning for all of the operation including but not limited to offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities, patios, stairs pool furniture.
• Perform light cleaning and heaving cleaning including but not limited to window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Education/Experience

Performs other duties as required.

• Less than high school education; or one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Frequently stands, walks and sits.
• Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and hears.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise

• Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Noise level is moderate.

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
