BSR REIT is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the appearance of our communities and support a high-quality living environment for residents. You will clean make-ready units promptly and keep offices and common areas neat, while maintaining cleaning supplies and assisting with debris removal and notices to residents.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach to delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents who call our community home.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or technical school preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean make ready units in a timely manner.
• Keep the office, club room, fitness center, models and common areas neat, clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Assist in picking up debris from property and delivering notices to residents.
