Job summary

DMA Companies, a boutique real estate firm in Austin, TX, is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for its Hewitt community. The role covers daily cleaning, sanitation, and safety of the 113-unit property, with hours 9am–3pm, Monday–Friday.

The Housekeeper reports to the Property Manager and works with maintenance to meet quality standards. A valid Texas driver’s license and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or janitorial position.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Proficient in basic computer use and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of the community.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and maintenance staff.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Clean vacant units monthly; clean models weekly.
• Track supplies and notify Property Manager when inventory is low.
• Assist with repairing or ordering cleaning equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
