Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, interact with residents and staff, and support a positive living atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
