Job summary

Carlisle Inn Sugarcreek in Ohio is seeking a friendly housekeeping team member to maintain all public areas and guest rooms. You will clean floors, restock carts, and ensure sanitation across the property while delivering linens and amenities to room attendants.

The role offers flexible part-time hours with a rotating schedule, including weekends and Sundays, and benefits such as medical insurance, an HSA, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items (linen bags, carts, furniture).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness centers, and meeting spaces.
• Ensure floors are swept, mopped, vacuumed, or polished as required.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Deliver linens, towels, and amenities to room attendants.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors and housekeeping closets.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Clean guest rooms.
• Use safe cleaning practices to ensure sanitation.
• Make sure rooms are sanitary and ready for guests.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens.
• Treat and sanitize items as necessary.

What you'll be doing:
