LOCATION

This position is based at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, located at 6121 Montrose Rd, Rockville, MD 20852, and involves work across various resident dining areas throughout the organization, including skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and independent living.

OUR LIGHT DUTY TECHNICIAN

The primary purpose of the HOUSEKEEPER-LIGHT DUTY TECHNICIAN is to perform daily activities within the Environmental Services Department to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean, wash, and sanitize resident rooms, apartments, and common areas.
• Clean floors through sweeping, dusting, and wet mopping.
• Complete sanitation duties, including trash disposal.
• Perform isolation cleaning following infection control procedures.

SHIFTS & STATUS

Full Time, Monday-Friday, every other weekend.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 50 pounds, with routine heavy lifting up to 60 pounds.

VACCINATION POLICY
