Job summary

Carrington Court Apartments is seeking a positive and dependable housekeeper. This role includes training to fill in as Leasing Rep and performing housekeeping duties across offices, recreation spaces, and model units.

You will work closely with on-site managers and maintenance staff, ensure property standards, monitor supplies, and assist with move-out cleanings to prepare units for new residents. This position offers on-site work and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Positive and dependable person.
• Willingness to learn leasing responsibilities while performing housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, rec centers, common areas, and models as directed.
• Clean apartments after move-out to prepare for new residents.
• Keep model units and common areas clean per property standards.
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory.
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians.
• Inspect common areas and vacant units for appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
