+ We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER LEAD positions.

+ Address: Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown - 2000 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37236. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

+ Requirement: Prior housekeeping in a medical setting or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

+ Pay Range: $15.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assists to deliver top-quality service to guests.

Essential Duties include:

+ Providing detailed, quality service to customers.

+ Managing staff attendance and documentation.

+ Handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.

+ Coordinating staff breaks and assigning tasks.

+ Distributing and updating assignment sheets.

+ Managing keys, radios, and equipment security.

+ Checking and maintaining equipment and supplies.

+ Inspecting areas for cleanliness and standards compliance.

+ Assisting staff to uphold cleanliness and service quality.

+ Conducting staff training.

+ Exhibiting professionalism and teamwork.

+ Performing other duties as assigned.
