2. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm to 12:30 am. More details upon interview.
3. Requirement: Prior janitorial experience preferred.
4. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet standards. Assists to ensure optimum service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Manage staff reporting, attendance, and documentation.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
• Maintain security of keys and equipment, inspect cleaning standards.
• Assist staff to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Conduct staff training and exhibit professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
