Highland Oaks Health Center, a beautiful nursing home in McConnelsville, is seeking Housekeeper/Laundry to join our Environmental Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
2. Perform housekeeping chores in resident rooms.
3. Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility.
4. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas.
5. Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
6. Remove trash and soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
7. Work effectively as part of a team.
8. Show a solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service.
9. Learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Reliable and able to keep to a schedule.
• May need to work a varied schedule, as requested.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping experience: 1 year (Preferred).
