Perform tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable, and sanitary environment for all residents, staff, and visitors according to established policies and procedures.

• Attend meetings and in-services as required.
• Report problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, State, and Corporate requirements.
• Participate in assigned meetings and in-services.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and speak English for business necessity.
• Prior experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.

Consumer Service

• Present a professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensure that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
