TriStar Horizon Medical Center is seeking a Night Shift Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. The role involves cleaning patient areas and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards to support our centers’ operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of housekeeping or healthcare-related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. The position emphasizes teamwork with leadership and a commitment to quality in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
