Essential Responsibilities of a Housekeeper I

• Maintain overall cleanliness of campus buildings, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Sanitize common areas, bathrooms, and resident living areas effectively
• Maintain confidentiality regarding resident information
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and family members
• Communicate effectively to meet needs
• Organize materials and manage time efficiently
• Use equipment, chemicals, and supplies responsibly following OSHA and facility guidelines
• Adhere to dress code and wear a name badge at all times
• Follow policies in the employee handbook
• Complete required training and maintain quality standards
• Report work orders to ensure safety

Qualifications
