Responsibilities

The OHH Housekeeper I creates a clean and safe environment, and enhances the appearance of the facility. Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning designated areas, including damp dusting horizontal surfaces, vents, trash removal, cleaning/scouring sinks and stools, dry and wet mopping floors, vacuuming carpets and upholstery, and washing windows and door frames.
2. Stocking paper items as designated and maintaining carts and equipment in a clean, contained, and working condition.
3. Reporting directly to the Environmental Services Manager.
4. Performing all work in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of OHH.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Working Knowledge: Housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to perform general cleaning duties in accordance with schedules, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
