The Cleaning Authority in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a dedicated professional house cleaner to join our team. You will perform detailed cleaning duties in residential homes, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with guaranteed minimum hours and weekly pay options. No nights or weekends, and opportunities for advancement exist within our St. Louis area locations.

What we offer you

• $19.00/hour to start (all hours: cleaning, driving, & prep time).
• We are not a commission-based company.
• Starting pay is $700-$775+ per week (before taxes) based on 34-38+ hours per week and $50/week average in tips.
• Pay on Demand - Access to wages available as soon as 1 day after you work!
• Guaranteed minimum 33 hours/week (before taxes or tips)
• No nights! No weekends! Start at 7:45AM daily. Off 4:15-5:15PM typically, but could be later on peak days.
• More paid days off than you've ever had! Paid holidays (at 6 mo's), immediate vacation accrual and 6 sick days a year! One-year employees get 17 paid days per year and five-year employees get 25 paid days per year.
• Dental, Vision, Medical and 401K.
• Multiple advancement opportunities! We have 3 locations in St. Louis and, if you're willing, will help develop your leadership skills to grow into a management position.
• Full thorough 8 week training program as well as caring and confident management. You will be trained by a professional that earns over $45,000 per year (could be your next job). We want to provide you with all the tools to succeed as a valued long term team member.
